Nuestras embotelladoras, como parte del Sistema Coca-Cola, están comprometidas con la Visión 2020 en materia de agua, la cual establece tres estrategias principales:
- Mejorar la eficiencia en el uso del agua.
- Reponer y tratar el 100% del agua utilizada en nuestros productos.
- Investigar y participar en la protección de cuencas y mantos.
Hemos implementado diversas iniciativas, entre las que destacan la reutilización del agua en los centros de operación y el acceso a plantas de tratamiento residuales.
Nos unimos a la Alianza Latinoamericana de Fondos de Agua junto con la compañía Coca-Cola desde el 2013 a través del programa “Agua para el futuro”, que busca promover y financiar proyectos de conservación, con el objetivo de reponer toda el agua que utilizamos en nuestros productos.
