Bepensa acts in favor of inclusion for the benefit of Campeche families.

Bepensa continues to support and strengthen its commitment to inclusion and community well-being through the improvement of public spaces.

Bepensa, as part of the Mexican Coca-Cola Industry, together with the System for the Integral Development of the Family of the State of Campeche, the Comprehensive Port Authority of Campeche, and the State Government inaugurated the "Playa Bonita Park," which features inclusive children's playgrounds donated by the Bepensa Foundation as part of the park promotion and improvement program.

This year, Bepensa has already built more than 40 parks on the Yucatán Peninsula, and this one will now be added to several more planned for improvement and activation throughout the peninsula in 2019. These parks will join the more than 600 installations of the "Live Your Park" program that have been carried out throughout the country by the Mexican Coca-Cola Industry.

The Playa Bonita Resort has been equipped with inclusive playground equipment to meet the needs of the community. APICAM, for its part, provided the physical space and sufficient equipment to facilitate free access for people with disabilities who attend these facilities. This action demonstrates the commitment, collaboration, and joint efforts between government and private sector to create spaces that comprehensively benefit the well-being of Campeche residents.

The agreement for the construction of this park was signed by Mr. Carlos Eduardo Ortiz Piñera, General Director of the Campeche Port Authority; Ms. Erika Ceballos Berzunza, Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications for Grupo Bepensa; and, as an honorary witness, Ms. Victoria Damas de Aysa, President of the Board of Trustees of the State DIF System.

On the other hand, as part of the Bepensa Foundation's health action line, whose mission is to promote healthier lifestyles to achieve comprehensive well-being by promoting initiatives aimed at making a positive difference in the quality of life of communities, an agreement was signed to activate Moch Couoh Park in this capital city through the "Get Active in Your Park" program, which aims to promote comprehensive well-being through an active and healthy lifestyle in public parks, free of charge.

Starting today, Moch Couoh Park will have an instructor leading fitness sessions three times a week in the afternoon, and a nutritionist will provide free advice to all participants.

This agreement was signed by Mr. Carlos Alberto Martín Briceño, Director of the Bepensa Foundation, and by Architect Jorge Carlos Hurtado Montero, Director General of the Campeche State Sports Institute. Victoria Damas de Aysa, President of the Board of Trustees of the State DIF System, served as an honorary witness.

For Bepensa, as a Socially Responsible Company, these actions are very important, reaffirming its commitment to social welfare and to strengthening and integrating public spaces for healthy coexistence, which positively impacts the lives of families in Campeche, thus contributing to a better Mexico for all.
