To obtain this certification, companies like Bepensa, build day by day, through relationships between collaborators and leaders, relationships based on trust and not only
in observing policies and practices.

Within a Great Place to Work-certified company, trust is the cornerstone of building excellent work environments.
This trust is generated through credibility with managers, the respect with which employees feel they are treated, and the fairness with which they expect to be treated.
The level of pride in the organization and the levels of authentic connection and camaraderie that employees feel are also essential components.
Trust is measured through two axes of analysis. The organization's culture is investigated through the responses employees provide to the Trust Index © survey, which focuses on the five dimensions found in the employee perspective.
The work environment is also examined through a cultural survey, the Culture Audit©, which is organized into nine practice areas defined in the leader's vision. This survey accurately measures the behaviors, conduct, and environment that form the foundation of the world's most desirable workplaces and successful companies.
Business leaders, academics, and the media rely on Great Place to Work® metrics to set goals that define a great workplace. These metrics (the Trust Index© survey and the Culture Audit©) form the basis of the Great Place to Work© methodology used to advise and coach companies on how to transform themselves into great workplaces.
