A few days ago, Great Place to Work, a global authority on high-trust and high-performance workplaces, announced its ranking of the best organizations in Mexico recognized by women as inclusive, respectful, and committed to developing their potential.
This award recognizes organizations that promote gender equity and equality at all levels of the workforce.
Bepensa was recognized again in the category of more than 5,000 employees in the ranking of the 20 best in its category, occupying 12th place. Organizations like Bepensa are those that generate environments of trust and benefit from a diverse workforce that fosters innovation and is empowered by effective leadership, where equity does not mean treating everyone equally but rather recognizing and maximizing each person's human potential and providing meaningful experiences to the country's working women.
