Bepensa Industrial participated as an official sponsor of the AERI 2022 International Congress with the goal of sharing and exchanging information with experts and colleagues on the challenges and trends facing organizations from a Human Development perspective.
Through conferences, panel discussions, networking, and workshops, topics focused on Human Resources were discussed, such as talent management, the paradigm of emotionally responsible companies, inclusion and diversity, as well as the creation of connections, collective intelligence, wellness, and work culture.
AERI is a Human Resources Association that brings together the most important companies in the state of Querétaro and some located in Guanajuato, including several companies from Bepensa's Industrial division. Its mission is to integrate and develop those responsible for human talent management, providing specialized information and training services to its members, in order to influence other sectors and contribute to increasing productivity and maintaining labor peace in the community.
