Bepensa participates in "Éntrale 2018: Alliance for the Labor Inclusion of People with Disabilities"

"Éntrale: Alliance for the Labor Inclusion of People with Disabilities" is an initiative of the Mexican Business Council created with the purpose of uniting wills, connecting opportunities, and changing paradigms to promote the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in Mexico.

Through its digital platform, entrale.org.mx, we promote labor inclusion by connecting companies, civil society organizations that provide services for the implementation of inclusion programs, and people with disabilities.

Since the project's inception three years ago, Bepensa has been committed to generating more effective employment inclusion for people with disabilities. This has now been reflected in the hiring of more people from this sector of society, as well as the development of improved infrastructure in our companies for the proper integration of these individuals.

Currently, 291 business groups representing more than 600 companies participate, and this year, the Mexican Competitiveness Center (CCMX), which has more than 5,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), joins the competition.

At the forum held at the World Trade Center (WTC) on October 18, awards were given to companies that have improved their workforce inclusion rates over the past three years, including Grupo Bepensa, Scotiabank, Grupo Televisa, and Onest Logistics.

With decisive actions, at Bepensa we demonstrate our commitment and purpose to help make Mexico an increasingly inclusive country.
