Bepensa promotes a healthy lifestyle with action programs

Bepensa, committed to the health and well-being of the communities where it operates, has joined the Grupo Megamedia program "Dare to Lose," which aims to encourage the adoption of more active and healthy lifestyles for the well-being of participants.

"Dare to Lose" is a nine-week challenge in which eight participants will do their best to become the biggest weight and size loser. Throughout the program, they will be supported by health specialists, trainers, and nutritionists.

In this challenge, we're providing hydration for participants, as our product portfolio has options and portion sizes that can be included in healthy diet programs.

Bepensa is a company that has always been committed to the overall well-being of society. Therefore, in addition to participating in these types of projects, it has also carried out various health-related initiatives, such as the programs implemented by our Bepensa Foundation.

One of them is "Get Active in Your Park," which takes place in several parks free of charge. We offer physical activation through dance classes, complemented by nutritional monitoring by specialists, at no cost to those who wish to participate.

We also have public spaces like the Bepensa Garden, which features a jogging track, a bike path, a multipurpose court, and a children's play area, among others. It was conceived and designed to provide Yucatecan families with the opportunity to enjoy a healthy lifestyle that benefits their health and well-being.

We want to encourage everyone to take advantage of these initiatives and facilities available to them to develop healthier habits, improve their quality of life, and positively impact their families.
