As part of the specific actions Bepensa undertakes as a global company motivated by its commitment to contribute to the environment, it has joined the Business Coalition against Climate Change (CECC), made up of seven companies that, along with the Marist University of Mérida, have committed to aligning their business actions with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The objective of this Coalition is to be a business entity that implements coordinated, synergistic, and targeted actions in the short, medium, and long term, in line with a sustainable development model in the State of Yucatán. This is to collaborate as a business sector on climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, seeking perpetual business profitability and significant benefits for society.
Part of this coalition's actions include promoting responsible waste disposal and environmental conservation during the holiday season.
