Thanks to our commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities, Bepensa was recognized by Alianza Éntrale AC, an initiative of the Mexican Business Council.
Alianza Éntrale AC was founded in March 2016 in response to the complex situation faced by the more than 6 million people with disabilities in our country. Its mission is to connect the business sector, strategic partners in the sector, and people with disabilities to facilitate their recruitment, retention, and development within the labor market.
They are witnesses to the effort and commitment each company has demonstrated to maintain not only high standards of quality and efficiency in their operations, but also to ensuring that their inclusion projects and programs remain strong and deliver results.
Each year, the companies that make up this alliance, to which Bepensa belongs, participate in the Index of Labor Inclusion of People with Disabilities (IILPCD), a measurement tool that not only allows them to evaluate the accessibility and level of inclusion of each of their internal processes, but also to more accurately analyze the organization's progress in relation to the following categories:
– People with disabilities in the workplace.
– Culture.
– Business practices.
– Adaptations and Safety in the Workplace.
The growth reflected in the 2020 IILPCD by Bepensa, together with the active companies in the Alliance, was 15% compared to the previous year, demonstrating that the inclusion of people with disabilities is more than a responsible action; it's an innovative business strategy that strengthens the company in the face of the challenges and constant changes of today's world.
Bepensa and 45 other companies received outstanding ratings in the 2020 Index, earning them the Éntrale Distinction, which identifies them as companies committed to the employment inclusion of people with disabilities.
