Bepensa and the Bepensa Foundation implement ReQpet at Cecytec Campeche.

As a joint project seeking to create an ecological culture, Bepensa, along with the Bepensa Foundation and the Board of Trustees of the College of Scientific and Technological Studies of the State of Campeche (Cecytec), signed a collaboration agreement to implement the ReQpet Program on the institution's campuses.

The signing took place in the boardroom of the College's general management, in the presence of MAP Laura Olimpia Baqueiro Ramos, general director of Cecytec; María Angélica Guerrero Sasía, president of the Cecytec Board of Trustees; and Alejandrina Moguel Peniche, supervisor of Campeche Projects for Bepensa, among other authorities.

Baqueiro Ramos mentioned that this program aims to establish foundations for technical and academic collaboration and seeks to foster an ecological culture regarding solid waste management, especially plastic containers, by implementing strategies to motivate the student community, faculty, and staff at each campus to collect PET.

He added that this agreement aims to channel good practices, taking into account that lifestyles are determining factors for good health and a better society.

At Bepensa and the Bepensa Foundation, we continue to create alliances like this one aimed at environmental conservation and promoting the well-being of the communities where we operate.
