Jonathan Nouel, Director of Human Development at Bepensa Dominicana, gave a presentation on workplace safety and happiness to member companies of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic (AMCHAMDR), as well as the organization's Sustainability Committee.
During his presentation, Nouel highlighted the importance of a positive work environment and employee engagement. He also detailed the internal safety policies implemented and the company's strategic pillars for value creation: corporate social responsibility, safety, customer focus, people, and financial discipline.
The Director of Human Development noted that Bepensa Dominicana carries out leadership training programs, town halls, sports and family activities, health plans and programs, recognition for outstanding staff, focus groups, and continuous improvement actions for the work environment.
