"Let's Start Together" provides sustainable mobility for grocery stores in the Dominican Republic.

At Bepensa Dominicana, as part of the Coca-Cola System and with the support of Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs, we work to promote the well-being of small businesses in the Dominican Republic through the program “Let’s Start Together”.

Thousands of microentrepreneurs from grocery stores and cafes have been trained and had the honor of receiving a graduation certificate certifying them as graduates of the "Let's Start Together" program.

Through this joint initiative, entrepreneurship is supported and promoted by training colmaderos (grocers), ensuring that this important sector of our country achieves development based on capacity building, business development, job creation, and improved quality of life.

For this reason, in addition to the courses and training provided, electric motorcycles were provided as part of these work tools. These motorcycles allow grocery stores to expand their reach in their communities and provide sustainable mobility with a lower environmental impact.

Congratulations to all the grocery stores for this great effort to move forward, especially to Mario Rodríguez and Luis Miguel Rincón for receiving this support that will get their businesses running smoothly.

In this way, at Bepensa, we contribute to promoting the economic development of the communities where we operate.
