Bepensa Group receives the "Environmentally Friendly Company" award from the Campeche City Council.

As part of Earth Day, a commemoration promoted by the United Nations Environment Organization, Grupo Bepensa received the important "Environmentally Friendly Company" distinction in Campeche, awarded by the Environmental Protection Subdirectorate of the City Council of this state in the Mexican Republic.

Bepensa Group was awarded this environmental distinction thanks to its firm commitment to sustainability, which it has maintained throughout its more than 75 uninterrupted years of success. This distinction is awarded only to companies and organizations that meet a series of criteria that, in general terms, encompass sustainability, such as actions to protect the environment, environmental improvement, exemplary practices in comprehensive waste management, as well as active participation in the improvement of socio-environmental procedures.

Present at this event, which took place at the Municipal Comprehensive Environmental Center (CAIM), were Lic. Ricardo Encalada Ortega, Secretary of the Campeche City Council; Karla Rodríguez Tec, Director of DUCMA (Urban Development, Cadastre, and Environment); and Lic. Alexandra González Marín, Deputy Director of the Environment of the Campeche City Council.

Representing the Bepensa Group were Paloma Tec Lizárraga, Regional Commercial Manager of Bepensa Bebidas Campeche; Rafael Gabriel Basulto Sánchez, Manager of AMSA, Bepensa Motriz; Agustín Menéndez Reyes, Corporate Affairs Manager of Bepensa; and Erika Ceballos Berzunza, Head of Public Affairs and Communications of Bepensa Campeche.
