This is the highest recognition for excellence in Quality, Safety, and the Environment in the Coca-Cola Mexico Bottling System.
What made the difference?
Quality
The Valladolid plant received zero Quality and Safety complaints in 2020, marking its fifth consecutive year with a record of zero complaints. It passed the Coca-Cola Atlanta GAO (Group of External Auditors) audit with zero major and critical findings.
Security
The Valladolid Plant has a history of 0 fatalities in 24 years of operation, boasts world-class performance with a LTIR = 0, accumulating 8 consecutive years without work-related accidents and a TR = 0 in 5 consecutive years without recording a case of medical treatment.
These achievements are supported by the implementation of preventive programs and the discipline of each of its employees.
Environmental
We make continuous efforts to maintain environmentally friendly processes, safeguard water and energy resources, ensure proper waste management and disposal, and ensure full compliance with environmental legislation.
This has led to a 6% improvement in energy use, a 14% improvement in water use, and a 15% improvement in recycling over the past five years.
This result is thanks to the daily efforts of each and every employee at the Valladolid plant, which elevates Bepensa as a national benchmark.
