Bepensa participated in the presentation of the "Yucatán Vive, Unidos por la naturaleza" project, a conservation program that seeks to ensure the implementation of preservation actions in more than 5,000 square kilometers of protected natural areas.
This agreement will be implemented through a Permanence Financing Project (PFP), which ensures its continuity for 10 years. This is the first time that a project like this has been carried out on a subnational basis, in which the Government of the State of Yucatán who presents the initiative instead of the federal government.
