With the goal of promoting professional development through the implementation of sustainable projects, the Bepensa Foundation is launching the "Ideas are Boosted" program, aimed at students from educational institutions who wish to submit completely original proposals and form a team.
Projects must be related to the Bepensa Foundation's lines of action:
Environment: Projects that present solutions to problems related to solid waste, water conservation, alternative energy, natural resource utilization, and actions to rescue vulnerable or endangered flora and fauna species.
Health: Projects that encourage or promote physical activity and combat sedentary lifestyles, as well as better nutritional habits, combating chronic non-communicable diseases, dental care, and general good health habits.
Students must submit their project with general and specific objectives, as well as a detailed description of the project, expected outcomes, and the communities that will benefit, among other important points. The winning project will be notified on March 22, 2019, and will receive $300,000 in grants in four installments.
Through these types of actions, the Bepensa Foundation supports the creativity and initiative of young people concerned with making a positive impact in their communities.
Students have from January 14 to February 8, 2019, to register their projects. The complete rules and requirements can be found at www.fundacionbepensa.org.
