We support CRIT Yucatán through Recycling 2024

Thanks to the success achieved since its first edition, the Teletón Recycling in Yucatán will be held permanently during 2024, in alliance with the Green Points of the Mérida City Council and Bepensa Foundation.

This campaign seeks to raise awareness about environmental protection through waste collection, proper separation, proper recovery, recycling, and proper disposal.

The PET collected by the Green Points Program and collected by the Bepensa Foundation through its ReqPet program will be used for the comprehensive and quality care provided by Teletón Centers such as the CRIT Yucatán.

At the local level, we will be working in collaboration with the Sustainable Development Unit of the Mérida, Yucatán City Council through the Green Points.

How to participate?

1. Collect your waste PET, HDPE, aluminum cans, and Tetra Pak containers.

2. Separate, empty and compact.

3. Take your waste to the Green Points.

This initiative was announced at a press conference attended by Claudia Ponce Miranda, General Director of CRIT Yucatán; Alejandra Bolio Rojas, Director of the Sustainable Development Unit of the Mérida City Council; and Nallely Camacho Martínez, Environmental Projects Manager of the Bepensa Foundation.

At the Bepensa Foundation, in partnership with the Teletón Foundation, we seek to inspire and raise awareness about caring for the planet through recycling, so that together we can respect nature.

Through Recycling, by collecting recyclable waste, we will continue supporting CRIT Yucatán's activities, offering comprehensive, quality care that promotes the development and inclusion of children with disabilities, cancer, and autism.
